It’s always the ones you meant to remember
Remembering on the day
Realising at 6pm it’s your friend’s birthday, with no time for a card.
“How old is Grandma now?”
Working out ages and anniversary years in your head, and getting it wrong.
Scattered everywhere
Some dates in your phone, some on a calendar, some only in your head.
Add each date once. The list does the rest.
Add your dates
Name, occasion and the original date, like 14 March 1956. Don’t know the year? That’s fine too.
See what’s next
The Upcoming tab lists everything in date order, with the days to go and the age or years.
Print the year
The Year at a Glance tab puts every date on one printable page.
Know exactly how old they’re turning
Type the original date once. The list works out the next date, the day of the week and the age they’re turning, or how many years for an anniversary. It rolls on to next year by itself.

Hi, I’m Lee
I run Sheet Leveller on YouTube, where I make quick, no-nonsense Excel tutorials.
This list is built on the DATEDIF and date formulas from my “age from date of birth” tutorial, one of my most-watched videos.
Questions
What if I don’t know someone’s birth year?
Type any year and pick No in Year known. The date works as normal and the age is left blank.
Does it work next year?
Yes. The next date rolls forward by itself every year.
What about 29 February birthdays?
In years that aren’t leap years they show on 1 March.
Can I add other occasions?
Yes. Add your own occasions and groups on the Settings tab.
Does it use macros?
No. It’s a normal .xlsx file, so there are no security warnings and nothing to enable.
Which versions of Excel does it work with?
Microsoft 365, Excel 2010 or later on Windows, and Excel for Mac. It’s built for Microsoft Excel.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the file is yours to keep.
