Most budgets fall apart by February
“Where did it all go?”
Payday feels great. Two weeks later there’s nothing left and no idea why.
Adding it up by hand
Receipts, bank apps and a calculator every month-end. It’s no wonder people give up.
No big picture
You can’t see if this month was better than last, or if you’re really saving enough.
Set your budget once. Log as you go.
Set your budget
Your categories and a monthly amount for each: needs, wants and savings. 20 are ready to go.
Log your spending
Date, description, category and amount. Each line is sorted into the right month for you.
See how you did
Pick a month on the dashboard: income, spent, saved, left over and every category’s budget vs actual.
Type it in. It’s added up for you.
Add each purchase or payday to one list. SUMIFS puts every line into the right category and month, so there’s nothing to copy across and no monthly sheets to set up.

Can I change the categories?
Yes. Rename, add or remove categories on the Settings tab, up to 30.
What’s the 50/30/20 rule?
A simple guide: about 50% of your income on needs, 30% on wants and 20% on savings or paying off debt.
Can I use it for 2028?
Yes. Change the year on the Settings tab and start a fresh log.
Does it use macros?
