Stock levels that keep themselves up to date
Every delivery, sale and correction goes in one list. SUMIFS adds them up for each product, so the stock level is always current. The product name fills in from the SKU.

Questions
Does it connect to Shopify or Etsy?
No. You log sales yourself, or paste them from your shop’s order export.
Can I track supplies, not products?
Yes. Anything you count and reorder works: packaging, ingredients or office supplies.
What if I find stock is wrong after a count?
Add an Adjust move with the difference, like -2 for broken items.
How many products?
Up to 300 products and 2,000 stock moves. For more, start a new copy each year.
Does it use macros?
No. It’s a normal .xlsx file, so there are no security warnings and nothing to enable.
Which versions of Excel does it work with?
Microsoft 365, Excel 2010 or later on Windows, and Excel for Mac. It’s built for Microsoft Excel.
Is this a subscription?
