The dashboard lists what’s overdue, due soon or needs a follow-up email.

Hi, I’m Lee
I run Sheet Leveller on YouTube, where I make quick, no-nonsense Excel tutorials.
This tracker uses the date formulas and colour-coding from my tutorials, so the reminders work themselves out.
Questions
Does it connect to LinkedIn or Indeed?
No. You type or paste each job in, which takes about 30 seconds.
Can I change when it reminds me to follow up?
Yes. It’s 7 days to start with. Change it on the Settings tab.
What counts as “heard back”?
Anything past Applied: a screen, an interview, an offer, or a rejection.
Can I use it on my phone?
It’s an Excel file, so it opens in the Excel app on your phone.
Does it use macros?
No. It’s a normal .xlsx file, so there are no security warnings and nothing to enable.
Which versions of Excel does it work with?
Microsoft 365, Excel 2010 or later on Windows, and Excel for Mac. It’s built for Microsoft Excel.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the file is yours to keep.
