Sound familiar?

Small jobs skipped, big bills later

🔥

“When did I last…?”

Change the furnace filter, flush the water heater, clean the dryer vent. Nobody remembers.

🧾

Where’s the model number?

The dishwasher breaks and you’re on your knees with a flashlight looking for a sticker.

💸

Warranties missed

You find out the warranty ran out two weeks before it broke.

How it works

Set it up once. Let it remind you.

  1. Start with 24 common jobs

Filters, gutters, smoke alarms, the water heater and more, already on the schedule. Add your own.

  2. Log what you do

A line for each job or repair. The next due date works itself out.

  3. Check the Dashboard

What’s overdue, what’s due soon, warranties ending and what’s getting old.

Schedule

Every job, on time, every time

Each regular job has an area, how often it needs doing, DIY or pro and a typical cost. The log fills in the last done date, and the next due date and status follow.

  • 24 common jobs to start with
  • Overdue, Due soon and Coming up flags
  • Every month to every 10 years

Questions

Do I need Microsoft 365?

No. The full log works in Excel 2010 and later, including Excel for Mac. (The video shows MAXIFS, which needs a newer Excel, but the template doesn’t use it.)

Can I add my own jobs?

Yes. Add as many as you like, with any frequency from every month to every 10 years.

I rent. Is it useful?

It’s built for homeowners, but renters can still track appliances, filters and smoke alarm checks.

Does it send reminders?

No. Open it once a week or so and the Dashboard shows what’s due.

Does it use macros?

No. It’s a normal .xlsx file, so there are no security warnings and nothing to enable.

Which versions of Excel does it work with?

Microsoft 365, Excel 2010 or later on Windows, and Excel for Mac. It’s built for Microsoft Excel.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and the file is yours to keep.

A well-kept home, without the guesswork.

Every job, every repair and every warranty, in one file.
