Wedding planning has a lot of moving parts
The budget creeps
A little over here, a little over there, and suddenly you’re thousands over without noticing.
RSVP chaos
Texts, emails and a paper list. Who’s coming, who’s not, and who wanted the fish?
What’s next?
Dozens of to-dos and deposits, and a worry that something important has slipped.
Set up once. See everything at a glance.
Add your date and budget
Your names, the big day, your total budget and your venue.
Fill it in as you go
Book vendors, add guests and RSVPs, and tick off the checklist.
Check the dashboard
The countdown, who’s coming, your budget, what’s next and what’s due.
Know where every dollar is going
A budget for each part of the day, with what you’ve booked, paid and still owe pulled from your vendors. Anything over budget turns red while there’s still time to adjust.

Hi, I’m Lee
I run Sheet Leveller on YouTube, where I make quick, no-nonsense Excel tutorials.
This planner uses the COUNTIFS, SUMIFS and date formulas from my tutorials, so everything adds itself up.
Questions
Can we change the categories and tasks?
Yes. Rename the budget categories, meals and guest groups on the Settings tab, and add your own tasks to the checklist.
What if our date changes?
Change it on the Settings tab. The countdown and every checklist due date move with it.
Can we both use it?
Yes. Keep it in OneDrive or Dropbox and you can both open it. Sides and task owners use both your names.
Does it do seating charts?
Each guest has a table number, so you can sort or filter by table to plan your seating.
Does it use macros?
No. It’s a normal .xlsx file, so there are no security warnings and nothing to enable.
Which versions of Excel does it work with?
Microsoft 365, Excel 2010 or later on Windows, and Excel for Mac. It’s built for Microsoft Excel.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the file is yours to keep.
Enjoy the planning. Love the day.
